In cases where an employer’s group benefits package appears complete, the addition of one or many of these ancillary benefits can complete the program. These various benefits can be included at the time of developing the benefits program or they can be added at any time to an existing program. Many of these products can be also be purchased on a voluntary basis by individual employees through their employer.
